Late interest can be invoiced monthly, on a draft invoice per customer and currency to review before sending. An unapplied credit note can be refunded with approval, and the payment is recorded in banking and the general ledger.

A 245-account operating chart of accounts designed for small businesses joins the tax-filing chart: you choose which one to set up. Every account carries its name in all of your organization's languages.

Pick a supplier invoice's jurisdiction and its tax is calculated, one line per component such as GST and QST, from the total you enter. A supplier can carry a default tax code, and the tax register lists every collected or deductible line.

A new app keeps your files in libraries shared with the members, roles or departments you choose: folders, versions and a restorable trash. Create and edit Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text files and notes right online.

A Word or Excel template opens in the Updo-branded online editor and saves automatically, or starts from a blank document. An Excel workbook is filled from the record's data, with detail lines repeated and totals as real numbers.

Choose several records and produce their documents in one go: a single merged PDF, or an archive for Word and Excel. Labels for the selected products print as a sheet, and a PDF now arrives as a downloaded file.

Your emails can go out through your Microsoft 365 mailbox, connected in one click, or through SMTP. A document can be sent from a named address on your domain, such as billing@, attach other documents and the record's files, and go to several recipients after a recap.

Every automatic number is built in the module settings: free text, year, month, day, site code, prefix and counter, in any order. Each site can number its own way, and the screen warns before changing a format already in use.

Your head office's province or state is chosen at sign-up. Apps then configure themselves when installed: regional settings, taxes, payment terms and payroll parameters. What you have chosen is never overwritten.

Product records gain an image gallery: upload, reorder, publish and open each photo full size, with alt text per language. The name and description are entered in each of your organization's languages.

The Marketing module brings together your contacts, mailing lists and segments drawn from your existing data.

A customer subscription carries a real contract term and renews on its own when it ends, unless told otherwise. The account owner is notified before the end, and renewal invoices can be issued automatically.

Choose prepaid annual billing, pay by automatic card charge, buy seats without changing plans, prorated, and turn off renewal while keeping access until the end of the term. The screen shows your monthly price and next invoice date.

The customer or supplier you are looking for doesn't exist yet? The + button of a picker opens its form in a drawer, and the new record is selected in the field right away, without losing what you typed.

One button exports everything you have built and changed into a single file, including your additions to installed apps and your translations, and import applies in full or not at all. Workshop screens also open their own help.

From any list, change a field on several records, act on everything the filter matches rather than only the page shown, and export all columns or only the visible ones. A truncated export says so.

In finance, sales, purchasing, HR, services and production modules, the dashboard becomes the entry point: a floating create button, shortcuts, a few indicators, the latest records and a collapsed analysis. The sidebar is much shorter.

Softer corners, larger text, cards lifted by shadow: the whole interface breathes. A back arrow sits next to every title, and on phones the header panels are grouped in a single menu.

Lists filter by column with fitting pickers (customer, member, choice, country, value ranges), show active filters as chips, group as each user prefers with accurate subtotals, and saved views keep column order and width.

A day's hours now come from clock punches rather than employee entry. HR can adjust a day by hand, and an approved day no longer shifts when a setting changes.

The translation manager moves to Administration › Organization and is open on every plan, image alt text included. Date and time format, decimal mark and thousands separator are set separately, with a preview.

The general ledger now receives the full payroll cycle, unapplied receipts, invoice write-offs and voids, and supplier credit notes, converts foreign currencies into your base currency and no longer treats a credit note as cash.

A sales order's final invoice deducts the deposit already invoiced, taxes included, instead of billing the whole order again.

A partly paid supplier invoice is now Partially paid: the remainder comes back in the next payment run, stays in the aging report and is no longer cleared in the ledger before it is paid.

Foreign-currency invoices are converted before reaching the tax return, collected tax is picked up from the register in the remittance, installed rates apply to purchases with their recoverable share, and supplier credit notes reverse their input tax.

Deductions follow the actual pay frequency, a garnishment respects its schedule, balance and priority without exceeding net pay, a cycle with negative net pay can no longer be approved, and a remittance reports only its own type, for approved cycles.

Labels across every module now display in French for French-speaking users, and purchase or subscription refusals speak your language. PDFs and exports follow the reader's language and your organization's formats.

Quarterly, annual and one-time contracts are billed at their own frequency, from their anniversary date, with no period billed twice. A rejected contract no longer stops the others, and the dashboard shows monthly recurring revenue from active contracts only.

The same scheduled task can no longer run twice at the same time, for example during a Run now, so a cycle can no longer be billed twice for that reason.

Barcodes are large enough to scan, financial statements print their figures, statements list only outstanding invoices, the shop floor sheet follows the routing order, and countries print by name.

Time on a ticket under a prepaid contract is no longer billed again by the hour, a non-billable hour no longer draws down the prepaid block, time entry on tickets is back, and a fixed-price project is no longer billed by time.

A customer in dispute is no longer chased, an invoice is no longer overdue on one screen and current on another, the customer's dunning procedure is honored, and a reminder with no assignee now goes to the relevant role.

A matched transaction is now marked reconciled and is no longer proposed again, and an automatic matching rule honors its date window.

The shop floor declares the quantity actually produced and that is what enters stock, entered hours are no longer erased by the first punch, and MRP honors its horizon and dates each order from the demand that created it.
