Privacy statement
What data is processed, for what purposes, and how to exercise your rights.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This document is a generic template, provided for guidance. It must be reviewed, completed and approved by a legal adviser before publication, in particular on retention periods, processors and the competent authority.
1. Data collected
Three categories of data are processed: account data (professional identity, contact details, the organisation you belong to), usage data (sign-in logs, operations carried out in the service, technical browser data) and the data you place in the platform yourself as part of your business.
2. Purposes
The data is used to provide and maintain the service, manage accounts and access rights, ensure the security and traceability of operations, bill the subscription, answer support requests and improve the platform. It is not used for advertising purposes.
3. Legal basis
Depending on the processing concerned, the basis is performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, or your consent where it is required. The basis applying to a specific processing operation is provided on request.
4. Sharing with third parties
Data is neither sold nor rented. It may be entrusted to technical providers acting on our behalf, under contract and solely for the purposes described here, or disclosed to an authority where the law requires it. The list of providers concerned is provided on request.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymised. The applicable periods depend on the category of data and on legal retention obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.
6. Security
Technical and organisational measures protect the data: isolation of each organisation, authorisation by role and by attribute, encryption of secrets at rest, an audit trail of sensitive operations and two-factor authentication available on every account.
7. Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as a right to the portability of the data you have provided. These rights are exercised with the controller identified below. Where your data was placed in the service by the organisation that employs you, the request is handled together with it.
8. Cookies
The platform sets only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work: authentication session, language choice, display preferences. No advertising cookie is used. Any audience measurement cookie added later would be subject to your prior consent.
9. Transfers outside your country
Data may be hosted or processed in a country other than yours, depending on where the infrastructure used is located. Where a transfer outside your territory takes place, it is covered by the safeguards required under applicable regulation. The hosting location is provided on request.
10. Data controller
The controller is the company that publishes the service. Requests relating to personal data are made through the contact channels shown on this site. You may also refer the matter to the data protection authority competent in your territory.
The rules governing use of the service are covered by a separate document: Terms of use
