Find the labor entries closed without quantities and settle them, and see who works on what on the shop floor. The work center's supervisor and managers can close an activity left open.

Link a work center to one or more departments: at the kiosk, each employee then sees only the operations of their department's work centers. Without a department, everything stays visible.

The statutory holidays of every Canadian province and territory now fill your calendar by themselves for 2026 and 2027, based on your province. Your holiday premiums apply to them.

Each public holiday is worked out for each employee under their province's law: the pay owed, who is entitled to it, and when it is paid. Salaried staff simply keep their salary.

A public holiday worked earns the pay or time off, depending on the law and the employee's written choice. The time off goes into the time bank with its deadline, and the manager is reminded before.

Payroll pays the accrued vacation pay when vacation is taken, when the employee leaves, and what is left of each year. A salaried employee's salary goes on during vacation.

The employee record has a departure date. The last payslip then pays the whole vacation pay balance.

Banked hours are paid out automatically at their legal deadline, when the employee leaves, or on the annual payout date you chose, at the rate in effect on the pay date.

A new tab gathers the approval requests of your access rules, next to the workflow ones: the record, the requested values, the status and, when it could not be carried out, the reason. Approvers and requesters are notified, each in their own language.

A rule that allows creating, changing or deleting records can require an approval: approver roles, number of approvals and expiry delay.
