We already use another system. What happens to our data?

You import your customers, products and balances from a file, and you remain free to leave with your data at any time — a full export, with no action required on our side. For a complex migration, our team works through it with you.

My trade isn't on the list.

Accepted Answer

The six core packs (finance, sales, HR, purchasing, services, production) cover most of what a small business runs on, and the Workshop lets you add what is missing. If your profession warrants a pack of its own, let us know — the first four came from requests like that.

Question 3

Do I need a developer to adapt it?

Accepted Answer

No. Screens, fields, rules and approval circuits are edited from the Workshop, in your browser. And for a rule that goes beyond that, our team or your integrator writes it for you — with no update to schedule and no service interruption.

Question 4

What happens when you release an update?

Accepted Answer

Nothing, until you decide otherwise. Your environment stays unchanged regardless of our release schedule. When you adopt a new version, your customizations are preserved: your screens, fields and rules are kept separate from what we ship. And an update never deletes your data.

Question 5

Will my accountant accept it?

Accepted Answer

Unbroken number sequence, invoices frozen on issue, credit notes instead of deletions, a timestamped audit trail, entries posted to the ledger. Those are precisely their requirements.

Question 6

We are a small team. Is this more than we need?

Accepted Answer

You switch on only the applications you need, and add more later. A solo notary starts with the minute book and the trust ledger — nothing else.
